All appointments at Axis Aesthetics are reserved specifically for you. A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment and $25 will be applied towards your service total if treated within 30 days of initial appointment.
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in forfeiture of $25 from the booking fee. No-shows may result in forfeiture of the full booking fee and may require a new deposit to reschedule.
All services at Axis Aesthetics are performed based on individualized treatment plans and time reserved specifically for each client. As such, all services rendered are final and non-refundable.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that payment is for the provider’s time, professional expertise, and products used during your treatment.
Once a service has begun, it cannot be canceled, paused, or discontinued without charge, and the full cost of the scheduled service will remain due.
Aesthetic treatments are not an exact science, and individual results may vary. While we strive to achieve optimal outcomes, no guarantees are expressed or implied regarding specific results.
Additional treatments or maintenance may be recommended to achieve or sustain desired results and are not included in the initial service cost unless otherwise stated.
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure the best experience. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, and applicable fees may still apply.
Axis Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to, medical contraindications, safety concerns, or if treatment is not in the client’s best interest.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Axis Aesthetics is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow post-treatment guidelines or failure to disclose relevant medical history.
